I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms had laminate floors, and there were disturbances with people running up and down the halls and children screaming until 3 am. However, the laminate floors were a nice touch. The service was generally friendly and supportive, although there was one exception. The location was great, central and close to public transport. The dining options were average, not standing out but still acceptable. The facilities were decent, with some areas for improvement.

The hotel had very very small rooms, but they were very clean and very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The manager and staff were approachable. However, the service personnel at reception were not friendly, trained, or competent. The location was great because it is close to many restaurants and the tram station. The dining experience wasn't good. Despite the room size, the cleanliness and convenient location made the stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the smelly hallways and small rooms, the beauty of the place was evident. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests disturbed my peace until the early hours of the morning, especially with the screaming kids. However, the central location was a definite plus.
